Brief Bio:
Barbara E. Hill began writing her first novel in her 10th grade
algebra class and has never looked back. She received her B.S. in
Organismal Biology from the University of Kansas (what better way
to learn how to write killer aliens?) and went on to finish her
M.A. in Creative Writing under the direct tutelage of James Gunn
in the early 90's.
Her second novel and master's thesis, SONG OF THE LAMKEE,
is currently languishing in the dungeons of Avon books (desperately
awaiting succor from Ginjer Buchannon) and she is currently working
on the completion of her third novel, REVELATION.
Barbara lives in a gargoyle-encrusted section of Brooklyn with
her seven-year-old son. She is addicted to figure skating, roller
blades in good weather and is passing fair at gardening. Barbara
can, on occasion, be found dabbling in fencing, jujitsu and the
theatre (her latest stint was off-Broadway last winter in the Village)
and always has the latest assortment of technological toys littered
about.
She began NobleFusion in the dawn of 1994 (at that time known as
Those Who Shall Remain Nameless) and holds the expanded collective
as her favorite authors and the Principle Founders among her closest
friends.
